The people that I have been involved with that have moved into the area are not always complaining. They have tried to get more involved and are working on turning the programs around. Yes I don't always agree with the coaches but all I can do is sit back and trust their decisions. We have had some good athletes move in that have helped the programs out but most of them moved in and their parent got involved.

Let the man coach and do his job. We have alot of talent coming up lets see how it goes. We may never be able to compete against WOS and Silsbee but you never know. It is a game and you never can tell whats going to happen in a game with kids playing!!!! As for the parents out there tell your kid to play as hard as they can and never give up!!! As for all you transplants that have moved in get on board or go back to where you came from!!! My question to you is why did you choose to move in our area? Why didn't you stay in your hometown? GO HORNS!!!!!!!!

Just wondering how many select teams are in the area? I know the Gladiators have a 14 premier team.

What a terrible group of umpires. They were the same on both sides but they sure take the game away from the kids. Was a good game played by kids alot of heart from both sides. HF just makes to many errors and the lost shows for it. They still had a chance at the end to win but they came up a little short. Herring pitched a great game for his first of many at HF.

Sad to say but its going to be a long year!!! 0-5 in the near future is a very possible. There is not a I in team but several in HF from what I hear!!!!! Better luck next year lot of talent coming up if coached right!!

There are plenty of tournaments out there. Just pick one ut and play. Its not hard!!!!!!

Mahaffey probally is not going to coach much longer. So why hire a guy that is not going to be around but a few more years. Lets hire a young hungry coach that wants to make a name for his self and turn a program around!!!!!!!!

Mahaffey will not make a good AD. Also he has more haters than followers. I ask just one question. Do we want a AD that throws a kid 144 pitches on first outing after coming of IR for arm issues? I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!

HF coach left one of his pitchers in for 144 pitches the other night. The sad thing is this kid just came off IR for a arm issue. I can't believe parent didn't step in. I also hope the new AD that we get has a new baseball coach there in the very near future. One that don't have a kid that plays on the team would be nice also.

Good Luck Coach Neal!!! I am sure he will do a good job. As for the other guy I hope the best for his son and feel sorry that he has to be moved again because of what his dad has done. There is no place for this in any school district.
