  1. Megan Elam with a great shot to the back of the net! 3-0 and dominating a good Willis team!
  2. Have to go with the Lady Indians in this one! Good Luck Girls!
  3. PNG may be the next opponnet for Brenham.  Have to take care of business tomorrow against Willis First!
  4. Lets hear it?  This game will be played tonight...Pulling for the Lady Bears; but thinking it might be the Cubettes!
  5. Actually Kelsey Miller is only a Junior and will be back for the Indians...The may have confused her with Senior Megan Elam who sat out to rest an injury
  6. If Lumberton/Vidor Girls game is @ Lamar...there is plenty of room!  Last year the Lady Indians played Vidor @ Lamar and there was enough seating.  Although it does not look like alot of seating....there is plenty!
  7. I hear you loud and clear FF!  Much respect to the two you picked to make the finals of Region 3! I just know that anything can happen in soccer...and that the Lady Indians from PNG will be a solid challenger for anyone..... ;D
  8. The UIL Region 3 Bracket is now on line:  There is an upper and bottom portion to the bracket.  Here is how I see the top teams in each portion: TOP HALF OF BRACKET:   Waco Midway                                   Stratford                                   PNG                                   Brenham                                   Santa Fe                                   Foster BOTTOM HALF OF BRACKET:   Friendswood                                        Goose Creek Memorial                                         Magnolia                                        Kingwood Park                                        Montgomery                                        Lumberton                                        Nederland Top half is VERY STRONG....Waco Midway is undeafeated and played in the State Semi-Finals last year!  Stratford dropped down from 5A this year and is 19-2;  PNG has had a tough early schedule and should be battle tested AND HEALTHY!  Brenham is Brenham! Not enough info on Santa Fe and Foster...but both seem very very competitive! Bottom Half:  Friendswood is the class and the pick to advance;  Goose Creek has a viable record and seems to be in going in the right direction;  Magnolia beat Brenham in first outing 1-0; then loss 5-0 to the Cubettes in the next game; Kingwood Park finished second to Stratford...and could be #2 on this list very easily... Montgomery won their District...and seem to be battle tested! Lumberton is my pick to make it to the 5th round and battle Friendswood .... Just my opinion.... PS:  Watch out for those PNG LADY INDIANS...
  9. Girls: PNG over Jasper Nederland over Livingston LCM over Hardin Jefferson Lumberton over Vidor
