People just say that because Lumberton hasnt been good in recent years, and nobody expects them to do good. If Dayton, Central, or Nederland had Lumbertons schedule this year with the same record, and game outcomes they would be considered awesome. But since Lumberton hasnt proven anything in the past we must do ALOT to prove ourselves. No im not sayin we are GREAT and will run through everyone. Yes we had weak non-district games. But watching those games and our 2 district games you can tell Lumberton could hang with anyone in the district.

even though i am a Lumberton fan i am tired of people doubting Dayton. They are a good team. They have a VERY fast and good defense. They are a little shakey on offense so far, but once AJ settles down and gets comfortable at QB their offense will be even better. I think they will go 6-1 and snag the 2nd spot in the district
