Sorry, Coach Neal.  I can't agree with you.  You were not just along for the ride.  The man who replaces you will have a bit of easier job because of you (and a harder time of it if he doesn't produce).

I believe you did more than drive the bus and go along for the ride.  You had to do a lot of coaching to get the results you did.  Congrats Coach Neal job well done.

Coach Neal is a class act and did a great job with that team. There is a tremendous amount of stress put on a Head Basketball coach and I totally understand his decision. Me and him still have some serous fishing to do.  8)
