They are good, but beatable. Nothing spectacular, just an all around good team. They don't have a Prudhomme or K. Smith type player. Nederland should match up well against them.
[/quote]Actually, those are the more dangerous teams in the playoffs.  Those teams that are well rounded are very hard to stop.  You can't key in on just one or 2 things.  They do a lot of things well from different spots whereas teams with your K. Smiths and your S. Prudhommes, you know where the damage will come from.  Don't let your guard down.  Consider ALL of these teams dangerous.  At the same time, Nederland has it's strength.  Coaching and great roll players and a couple of big gamers in Weisbrod and English.  (English showed a playoff flare/swagger that I like in the game vs. Dayton).

Good points Soulja. I know English and Co will not overlook ANYONE (especially after last night). He scouted them Friday night against Brenham, so I expect he will have a good game plan-WIN!  8)

I posted this on the Ned Dayton thread. Thought it might be appropriate here too.

IMO, Dayton had this game won until #10 decided otherwise. It was like everyone was waiting for someone else to step up, all game long. Zack English is perfectly capable of scoring 20+ EVERY game. He is too unselfish. Watching him in the 4th qtr of this game is a perfect example of what he could do every game. I would like to see him in every game
with a scoring mindset that he had in this 4th qtr!! I think this team is looking for that type of leadership.

Hmmmm?? Sound like another team you know?  ;) I've talked to a few people about them, and was told that they play the game very similar to Nederland. Should be a good matchup that will probably be decided down to the wire (like many playoff games) at this stage.

Hmmmm?? Sound like another team you know?  ;) I've talked to a few people about them, and was told that they play the game very similar to Nederland. Should be a good matchup that will probably be decided down to the wire (like many playoff games) at this stage.

Yep. I heard the same. They have two good spot up shooters, and a point guard who can go! He likes to penetrate and kick it out to the shooters. The team who is hot from outside wins this game.

      I have a better one. The point that nobody wants to acknowledge is that Dems are crossing over to vote Trump in the primaries and in the general so he will win the presidency. That way Trump will get the blame when the Dems implement their sinister plan to deport all of the minorities in the country. They have already laid the groundwork...convincing everyone that Trump and Republicans are racist (without providing any proof). Then it will be just a matter of time to execute their White supremacy plan of the great purge of the dirty, unwashed, heathen, non-Whites that roam freely in this country. You tried to attribute that comment as evidence Trump hates the military. What grade level of schoolchildren do you think is laughing at you for that "less that adolescent" (hint, hint) comment. You used one crude comment in an attempt to justify your TDS. Now, when called on it, you try to deflect the whole topic. You are certainly not having any fun with this, but you sure are providing entertainment for the board. It's a shame you can't join in on the fun. I think even Big Girl might be to the point of giggling at the shamelessness you are exhibiting.
