What a difference a year makes!!

Last year, Class 4A Region III was all about Galveston Ball and LaMarque. These two teams stayed in the top 5 in the state rankings all season, battled each other in district play and then met up in the Regional championship game where LaMarque advanced on to the state title game before losing to Dallas Kimball.

This year, they both have a combined record of 5-39!!! (Ball 3-19, LM 2-20)

Wow!! How the mighty have fallen!!

[/quote]I meant after the storm many families from Galveston area moved towards Pearland and Clear Lake areas. Now those same gifted athletes are attending high school in those area. ;)
