Were did you get that I was talking against anyone. I said that if she scored 20 points that would be points that someone else would not. They scored 50 last night, do you think that they would have scored 70 with her on the floor.. I know the coach there very well and he would not showup anyone by scoring that many.. She will be a good part of that team and she is a good kid. I have coached her. I am just saying that the points will be spread out.. Like I said there are only so many trips up the floor, and only one ball to go around.

I coached her too, and she will be the best player in that district I can promise you that!!!
I am not doubting that.. Now that the Franklin Girl has left Evadale and is playing in Buna..But its hard to compare the two, one is a postup player and the other a  scoring guard.

I think there are a few people that would disagree with you on that one!  ;)
there is no doubt she is the best in the dist, but at the same time thats not saying much with that dist. and the franklin girl and the moss girl are no where close to the same players, and im going to leave it at that... to bad the moss girl aint playing 2mara that would be able to show who is the better player, and for this years team being the best in a while, thats far from it, last years team was better than this years and than 5 years ago with, griffen, dunigan, moss, and nance was a really good team, and 3 years b4 that was the best girls team ever, wilkins was the best player to ever come out of evadale

Waterboy...we all know who you are and of course you are gonna try and make your girl seem 10 times better than mine and that's ok! Mine has no desire to prove herself to you or anyone else for that matter! Your people seem to be the ones always downing her and saying she is not all that...and that's ok too! We don't feel the need to drag others down to make Marley look good! It is too bad about this tournament, but our prayer is that she can play this year....not to prove anything to you, but because she just simply loves the game! I think yours is an awesome player and I look forward to watching her this year. If you wanted me to come on here and drag people down to make mine look good, you are mistaken! We don't play that way, sorry  ;)
I have watched him coach for over 15 yr, and I have never seen him leave his starting 5 on the floor just to run up a score.. And In yrs past it has hurt them in the playoffs, when the starting five had to play the entire game , after blowing out every team in dist. and having to set most of the second halfs. Now If the second string was scoring , the other team need to stop that ,not him. As long as he pull out of the press, if the other team cant score or stop the second string for scoring, maybe they should have stayed home ;D

waterboy, she was the top 3 best players in last yrs district with ec,hardin, and buna!!! the girl average 21 ppg and 15 reb ppg
see now this is the same thing with the boy from Deweyville last year, its not hard to put up a ton of points on a team that your all they have, not saying there not good just saying when the rest of the team is just trying to get you the ball because your all they have than you should be putting numbers up like that. now what was they record in dist?

    • Manchin may get it but any mention of the radical left that wanted to get rid of the filibuster and end almost 220 years of history because the Democrats are mad?  The House and Senate are obviously different legislative bodies with entirely different election processes and rules for a reason. The House can vote on laws with a simple majority vote. The Senate put rules in place that it would make it much tougher to pass laws. Laws should be difficult to pass. The Senate is often the holdup of the right and left. It takes 60 votes to break the filibuster so any law will almost certainly require agreement at least in part, from opposing sides of an issue. Because they can’t get laws passed, the radical left is like a baby having a tantrum and wants to change over 200 years of history and make it potentially ridiculously easy to pass laws. I have seen current poll maps and it is possible for the Republicans to sweep into complete power in November but by the tiniest margin. That would possibly mean that a single vote margin in both houses could enact what you might call the radical right laws. There would be nothing that the Democrats could do to stop any legislation whatsoever if the left (they are all radical, minus Manchin) got their filibuster rule changed.  That is where the current filibuster comes into play as any new law would require several Democrats to agree with the majority Republicans and vice versa.  Do you want the potential for your radical right to have free rein as the radical left wants by killing the filibuster or is the radical left just as (if not more) dangerous? Let’s see if we have a history in this area? Oh yeah, the Democrats changed the rules in the Senate to allow federal judges to not have to overcome the filibuster. Obama was not getting his federal judge nominations passed and being angry, they changed the rules instead of nominating more moderate justices. They were warned that it would come back to bite them. They didn’t care and chose the nuclear option to change the rules. Oops! Any guess how Trump got all of his Supreme Court nominees passed against strong Democrat opposition? The Democrats got rid of the filibuster for federal judges after another tantrum   So when you are so worried about the radical right, are you equally concerned in what the radical left is always doing by changing rules and history which were put into place just for situations like we are in? So while Manchin gets it, what about his other 50 colleagues (49 + Harris)?  What concerns you more, Abbott and Paxton or the Democrats who want to make it to where if the Republicans do take over, they can go wild… at least in your mind?
    • MODS please remove that ISD twitter link! I had no idea it would copy the whole posting. I only highlighted the portion about the venue change. Sorry about that!
    • See why I don't trust my Hogs?
    • Come on dude, don’t take anything away from the kids on the field. If you want to talk uncharacteristic, we made what 3 or 4 errors in game one. Y’all had 2 EARNED runs.  Defense is normally our strong suit. Your ace didn’t strike out a single one of our kids. Like I said also, you did not out hit us in game 1. Hell you barley out hit us in game 2. We had all the uncharacteristic walks. Josh pitched a hell of a game is what made that game what it was.
