Does anyone know when the all-districts are going to be released since everyone in the district is out of the playoffs?  Just want to know if Merka is going to get screwed again.
If he does not get any supers, then it is obvious that there is a vendetta against Crosby. It will be apperent that the coaches are voting on the school rather than the kids athletic talent
Last year he did not get any supers and they won district, this year they did not win district but it is still obvious that he was the best in the district.  Every team skimmed around him.  “Just stop him and you can win.” Is what I was reading all year long.  The kid is going to TCU.
Lets see how it turns out this year!!!!

I really like merka but his numbers as a passer are not outstanding. His receivers dropped a ton of balls, but that's part of the deal. He should probably win district MVP though. He absolutely carried his team. None of those comebacks happen without him.

Merka, IMO, was a More(Most) Valuable Player to his team than anyone in this district.....

fighting a losing battle here, but I think you've got to look at who is more important to their team as much as you look at stats. The broncos kept right on rolling in district without JAK. Crosby couldn't have IMO

IMO...

MVP or Offensive MVP: Merka gets one of these two.
Def. MVP: D. Wright
1st team QB: Herrera
1st team RB: J. Delasbour

Looks like yall need a non-bias leavel-headed person to settle this dispute.  

Merka is the MVP of 19-4A.  Crosby absolutely sucks without him.

Darian was probbaly the best defensive lineman, however the defensive ends at Galena Park deserves to be mentioned.

As for Dayton's #1, yeah right.  He is an OK player, but come on, he is not even close to being as valuable as Merka to his team in either rushing or passing.  NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!!!

4. Finally, they will not win district next year.
5. They are not smart enough to come up with anything but their 54 reason reply.
6.  OH, and the dentist in Dayton make a fortune.  ;D

Jakari did not have as many yards as Merka and jakari did not throw the ball either..
even if he does not get hurt... he would have to run for 353 yards in 1 game to even match Merka's RUN stats....
I might give you the fact that Pouch may have deserved MVP last year...good kid and was a SR.....MAYBE I could see that......
I would say it was close... even though Merka stats were better and he let his team to district champs.... but Merka should have gotten atleast off mvp.....
but the coin should be 2 sided....
you can not complain if he get it this year... the roles have reversed.....

Here is my guess...... Merka get screwed because he plays for Crosby......
