PN-G vs. BH Playoff Predictions?

PN-G by alot, more than that, even more than that. ;)

Indians 51
Hill 7
Give BH some credit.
19-4a= weak district, not very good offenses, but 19-4a tops are better than 20-4a tops.
20-4a= good district, weak defenses, good offense(because weak defense)
PN-G hasnt faced the caliber of defense that BH holds. +  BH holds the ball for most of the game therefore PN-G doesnt score much.

Your argument loses validity when you say 19-4A has weak offenses and then claim that BH has a high caliber defense.

So they are good at stopping weak offenses? Big deal.

BH gets a wake-up call this week--after the Broncos torched them on Sept. 24th they have only played against pee-wee teams. BH did roll up a nice string of victories
but when you get down to it there is only one quality football team in this district and it ain't BH. The bright side is that BH will get an early start on basketball once again this year.
PNG wins by 3 TDs
Thats why they beat the reigning district champs from last year!!! Now i understand thanks :)
Uh huh and so did GCM and were are they? not in the playoffs... so not much to brag about there. :-*

19 4A tops? If by this you mean the 19 4A top 4 (playoff teams) versus the 20 4A top 4 (playoff teams), you are smoking crack. You playoff teams went 1-2 against our district with an average score of 31(20-4A) to 16 (19-4A) in those games!!! Dayton is the class of the area! Beyond that your argument holds no water.

p.s. that one win was against a Nederland team without its starting QB or its big playmaker (Sonnier).

PNG pre-district gave up 20ppg, the Hill gave up 30ppg. That vaunted BH defense wasn't so good until it faced 19-4A competition (outside of Dayton)! Add in Dayton and when you faced quality opponents you gave up 36 ppg!!!

And concerning your 14 point win over the "reigning district champs from last year", we smoked em by 31!!! As a matter of fact we smoked em by 30 last year when they were actually CHAMPS.
How'd you do against this years District Champs? 0-54...Ouch (guess the defense lost it's way to the stadium that night!  ;D)
How'd we do against our District Champs you ask...30 point W!

Lumberton vs BH= Lumberton 33 BH 13 (BH -20)
Lumberton vs PNG= PNG 42 Lumberton 14 (PNG +28)

Crosby vs BH= BH 35 Crosby 21 (BH +14)
Crosby vs PNG= PNG 38 Crosby 7 (PNG +31)
Two can play at that game.

We played a healthy Nederland in one of the biggest rivalries in the state and lost in a game that came down to the last play!
You hung on to beat a battered Nederland team that was without Forney and Sonnier. Very, very different team!

PNG average loss this season was (-4)
BH average loss this season was (-34) ouch...gotta hand it to you, when you go down you really go down!

PNG average win was (+19)
BH Average win was (+18)

Sonnier is the heart and soul of that team.

I would like to see the non-district vs district stats for BH. Anyone got those?

All I said was, "Chronicle Stats"........... can't validate any of it, other than Nederland Beat PNG and Bh beat Nederland........  ;D  ;D  ;D  That's when we were not even close to properly running the new offense or defense.  Big difference between then and now.  ;)

Actually, Nederland was without Sonnier, Salenga, Forney on offense that game if I am not mistaken.. The leading receiver that night was Chris Cunningham. Carson Raines started at QB and had a rough time until a nice 4th quarter comeback. BH deserved the win and for 3 quarters it was a blowout, but those 3 guys have accounted for a lot of Ned's offense this season.

Do u think there will still be tickets to buy at the gate?
I would like to go but I have to find out if I'm off first.

The PNG side will be sold out, but there will probably be plenty of extra tickets for the BH side....

Season ticket holders get first picks which I think is around 4500 people. Then student tickets. This is for PNG side. Once again a mistake to have it at a small stadium. There will be alot of PNG fans unable to attend. I think each side only holds 5 or 6,000 people. Who came up with this place? I would've rathered Stallworth >:(

I heard today that there are only 4,000 tickets available to PN-G fans at this time. We have 4,200 season ticket holders. I don't know if there's really only 4,000 available tickets but if there are, there will be alot of angry PN-G fans and a very crowded visitors' side at the Butch Bowl.

I believe BH will show up to play and after halftime we will pull away. I remember last season I thought that we would blow them out and they gave us a very good game in a hard hitting affair. We're a better team offensively this season and for this game to even be close than BH will have to create some turnover's. I believe the defense has got it together and I can't see BH being able to line up and just run at us. I don't think BH would have made the playoff's in 20-4A. They barely beat Nederland without their QB and top 2 wrs and Nederland was starting a sophomore for the first time at qb. I don't think Crosby would have won a game in 20-4a. I was shocked that they made the playoff's. If were that good then we should blow BH out!

wow  with all the injuries and now the grades issue will barbers hill even have a team to play with lol. So since they are so incredibly talented and are bigger than us and faster than us do we even stand a chance against them hmmmm sounds like a blowout to me lol. Good luck to barbers hill but come the second half i think the tribe leaves you in the dust. As for png putting up 51 i doubt that seriously, i dont think coach faircloth will run it up past the 40s it just doesnt seem like his style, i say bring them to the woodshed and leave the sawdust to be swept out the door! There will be no doubt in the minds of barbershill who the better team is by the time they hit i-10 back to the mound! hey do us a favor put us back on your pre district schedule, i really enjoy getting a w against yall year in year out sometimes twice  a  year. oops  bump?
