The Silsbee Tigers play host tonight to the Bridge City Cardinals at Tiger Stadium in a battle to stay atop the district 21-3A standings. BC comes in tonight 5-1, 1-0 in district after defeating Hardin-Jefferson in their district opener, 42-0. Silsbee, sporting a 4-2, 1-0 record, squeaked out a 38-34 win over Orangefield to run their district win streak to 10 straight. Silsbee leads the all time series with BC 30-6-1, winning 17 of the last 18 meetings, with a current win streak of 5 over the Cards. Silsbee won last year's game, 28-21 at Tiger Stadium.

Mike Sanchez and Tim Scoggins will bring you all the action tonight, LIVE, here at SETXsports. Broadcast time will be at 7pm for pre-game, kickoff to follow at 7:30pm.

OK. No disrespect intended. Lets say for now, before the games are played tonight, the winner of the BC v Silsbee game will be top dog. That much we know at this time.

What did I say, what did I say. Oh right BC 5-1 corrected it. Now The Silsbee v BC game is the only game played tonight in 21-3A where eather winner will be on top. I did not say by themselves, but on top. For the Orangefield v WOS game only one team has to win for that to happen.  Next time I type something down I will get a lawer and have him/her go over it.
