CABC Members Upset About BISD Basketball Arena

I can't say I blame them.....Build a basketball arena with classes still in portable buildings??? Classes should be first, athletic facilities second.

Why build one anyway? Other than West Brook's gym, all the others are very nice facilities, particularly Ozen's.
