In the TexPreps Basketball Magazine this is how the have the state rankings:

#1. Dallas madison

#2 Lubbock Estacado

#3 Cleveland

#4 Silsbee - If this teams emerges through district, it can go as far as it wants.

#5 Stafford

#6 Hardin - Jefferson - See: Silsbee above District 21-3A will be a slugfest.

#7 Argyle

#8 Plesant Grove

#9 Libery Hill

#10 Burkburnett

This is how they have 21-3A picked:

1. Silsbee

2. Hardin Jefferson

3. WO-S

4. Orangefield

5. Birdge City

6. Hamshire Fannett

1ST      Silsbee

2ND      Hardin - Jefferson

3RD      TIE-BREAKER

            West Orange - Stark  or Orangefield

5TH      Bridge City

6TH      Hamshire - Fannett

HF may not do that well this year, but that is a wonderful setting for the story that will be told about three consecutive championships coming in middle of next decade.

I agree! Quite a fairy tale ending I must admit myself. I'm hearing that the BB players on the football team can't wait for the BB season to begin.

Nah, definitely the 2014 &  2015 classes teams will dominate their district. Silbee's 2014 is the only team I see coming close. But in all honesty, I don't really expect these two classes to remain intact by high school. I hear some are transferring to nearby districts and parent transfers.
