RustedCutlass
I'm not making any predictions on my Pirates this year game to game. I believe we got a good group of kids that will perform well on the field despite what the fans and haters alike say on these boards. I'll let them handle business on the field and I'll cheer them on. GO PIRATES!!!

RustedCutlass
St. Thomas Highlights against 5A Strake Jesuit This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up Hmmm ... seems like despite the "size of their team" (which WILL be brought up by multiple posters I'm sure : ), looks to me like St. Thomas fields some darn good athletes. Should be interesting. It should be a great one to watch. GO PIRATES!!!

Foyce
Where's the beef? In Vidor. Should be no problem. 8) I agree Vidor will overpower the ST. Thomas team, and many to come! Hopefully they are a passing team so we get to work on the pass defence.

pngfan30
The only reason vidor will win is because they are playing a private christian school.. Vidor has aboslutely no challenges in the preseason.

82 5A State Champs
Not sure where I heard this, but look for Craig Biggio on the sidelines. I seem to remember hearing he was a football coach at St. Thomas. Call me crazy.....I dont know. ;D

I seem to remember hearing he was a football coach at St. Thomas. Call me crazy.....I dont know. ;D he coaches the baseball team and also helps with the football team. his son is on the team and i'm sure he'll be there. a lot of people got autograghs last year when they came to vidor. they looked pretty good on the video i saw of their last game. of course, it was just highlights. they'll definitely test vidor's secondary, but vidor should win by at least a couple tds.
