Texas Football magazine and local HS Football guides?

I think i missed the release date of 2009 texas football and cannot find a copy, including at their website. Does anyone know about the issuance of local guides to HS ball including the examiner and when it is expected?

I expect all our local newspapers to put out their guides on Sunday the 23rd, with the Examiner's to follow on the 26th. Maybe someone with a little more insight can let us know, but that's just my guess on withthose publications come out. As for the DCTF mag, I still see copies of them in my local WalMart here in Silsbee.

For folks around Houston, VYPE Magazine has done a Houston area preview (it's $9.95/copy).  It does have previews of 21-5A, 19-4A and 20-4A and some private schools, including Kelly.  But there are no previews below 4A.

ESPN Radio 97.5 FM will have their weekly HS Football Show and call in show on Wednesday's this year from 7-9. Believe it starts the 19th with Randy McIlvoy and Matt Malatesta.

Nice to hear. But we know the best weekly preview show will be right here on SETXsports. Gabe and I have narrowed our nights down to either Monday or Wednesday, still yet to be decided.

TEXAS HS ALL-SPORTS will come out Aug. 23rd! You can subscribe at [email protected] or get it off the shelves, 11 issues per year. The first year will only cover Baytown area, Liberty COunty, CHhambers County and far East Harris, but we are coming to the Triangle soon.
