Ok guys...

EURO - Ike goes due west heading for Corpus then is pulled due north west of Galveston, best guess Freeport area. Good news was it wasn't a shift over the triangle. Bad news was still way too close.

Waiting for a few pro mets to look at it and I will edit with any new info if different.

Hey Hoop!  I know this has probably been asked and I must have missed it....but....if it strikes between Galveston and Freeport what kind of winds would we have at the Lakes?

Hey all,  Im from up here in Waco,  and have been keeping up with yall posting for the past several days.  Everything I have read so far seems to be fair and consistant with info thats available.  Im wondering if anybody would take a gander at the possibilities of any reminents of Ike to come to the Waco area.  Never been in a Hurricane,  and hopefully things will go with as little possible trouble.  Thanks in advance
