You know how those Beaumont boys like to get down! But yes I have no problem calling this a Donkey Stompin. King came in with a plan and executed it to perfection.

North Shore has had a problem with penalties all season and it finally caught up with them.  First loss to King in 10 years. Hopefully this serves as a wakeup call like the Summer Creek loss last year in the regular season.

I have a co-worker who has a son on CE King's freshman team and he told me that King could go toe to toe with North Shore and I laughed at him.  I guess he will have the last laugh at the office on Monday.

Although I picked NS, I can't really say I'm surprised about this outcome.

I think King has a real shot at a State Championship appearance this season.

It was a weird night.  I kept an eye on scores, and early on, NS was behind and I was thinking about my pick-ums.  I had CEK at first but ended up picking NS.  Oh well.
