BU coaches lost that game.  Why not punt on 4th and 11.  Make them go the link of the field.  Why are you blitzing on 4th and 19.

I was at the first game of the season.  We struggled to run the ball.  We had WR’s dropping passes left and right.  We had HORRIBLE offensive play calling.  And we had a personnel issue at RB (the best RB on the team does not start and is not placed in the game u less its special teams or every 10th offensive play).  Here we are  in our 3rd game AND following a bye week.  And guess what?  We are having the exact SAME issues.  I truly cannot see ANYTHING that we’ve improved on.  And I’m not confident at all if we’ll improve this season.  We’re NOT  beating PA, LaPorte, Lufkin, or GC.  You watch.  We will probably  Struggle to beat Ball and Sterling….

This. I said the same thing to some coaches in the press box. You punt and pin them deep and make them drive the entire length of field with just 1 timeout.

I also didn't like calling the blitz on a 4th and 19.

With 9 minutes left in the game and United up 18-7, New Caney scored 18 unanswered points (11 in 4th, 7 in OT). Kudos to the Eagles for hanging in and not giving up.

But this game is squarely on United. They really had no business losing this game after leading halfway thru 4th Q. Some decisions on the field and on the sidelines were head scratching to say the least.

Just a bad loss for United.

Im seeing a lot of BU gave this game away but its the other way around in my opinion. 

Yes BU had several drops and should've punted at the end of the game but NC had several drops (one in the end zone) and 4 turnovers. NC fumbled the ball on 1st and goal on the 2 yard line in the first half.

In my opinion NC almost gave the game away. BU was exactly what they've showed on film. Weak on offense and average on defense. 

NC lost to a very good Montgomery team by 1 on a last second field goal. They were in a 3 point game against Cy-Falls in the 4th quarter until the NC sophomore QB went down and lost to Sterling in the final seconds last week. NC has yet to put together a clean game. 

I think the better team won last night.

I tend to agree with the better team statement but still doesn't change that United led by 11 with less than 7 minutes left in game and had every opportunity to put the game away late but didn't. 

At that point in the game it was United's game to win or lose.

What I saw was a New Caney team that made plays when it counted and United didn’t and I have no skin in the fight simple as that.
