Started the season off with a series road win over the phillies.  Heading to baltimore for a 3 gamer.

Season Record: 2-1

Took 2 of 3 from the orioles, coming home for an Easter weekend series with the reds.

Well, we have our first losing streak of the season after losing all 3 to the reds by a combined score of 4 to 9.  In 2023, I harped on 1 run losses.  So far this season the enemy is ourselves with runners left on base.  I will have to do some research, for an official number, but his team can not get a baserunner home!!!

mariners coming to Arlington for a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday series.

First time since 2023 we swept the Mariners.

Swept the mariners, now off to the west coast for a weekend series with the dodgers.

Season record: 7-5

Massive sweep. 3 game swing over both the mariners and the stros, who somehow got swept by the Rockies. The hitting has been bad for us, but the pitching has been fantastic. If you’d told me the rangers would only manage 8 runs over 3 games against the M’s, I would’ve figured us for the team that got swept. But I’ll dang sure take it.
