SURGES PAST $39T!!

Wow!

But let’s do a quick Google/AI search.

National Debt by year:

2020, the last full year Trump was in office. ND increased by $1.49T

2021 or Biden’s first year in office increases $2.45T in a single year or almost double Trump’s last year in office.

2022 it increased $2.24T.

2023 it increased $2.33T

2024 it increased $2T

Now in the first year of Trump’s second term the ND increased $2,35T.

So which year was this dramatic surge again?

I think they all need to be reigned in but pointing out Trump seems disingenuous at best.

What happened to DOGE? Trump said they could cut 2 trillion in spending. It started hot and heavy then just fizzled away.

Amazing especially since DOGE found so much fraudulent spending and billions and billions just disappearing into thin air with no trace where it went.

Again our government is nothing more than a money laundering organization disguised as a government.

A Ponzi scheme that can’t be stopped. On this, I totally agree.

Some people refer to that as a but-but Biden. I call it hypocrisy. They don’t even realize they’re brainwashed.

Great diversion! 🤣

I clearly ended with they all need to be reigned in.

If you can’t comprehend that, they are all equally guilty.

It also shows the disingenuous title of the debt “surges past $39T”.

That surge must have started 5 years ago…. But we won’t count that, right? 😎

M-m-m-m-a-g-a would never be brainwashed because they are gooder than that. lol

Do you care to commit on the fact that Trump is still spending like a ex wife trying to get revenge on her ex husbands credit card. Remember Doge? Trump said they could cut up to 2 trillion off the deficit.

This is where it went south for Elon. Elon is trying to cut spending all while Trump increases the spending.

You do know overspending creates rampant inflation which is taxation without legislation.

Why is it so hard to cut spending?

No doubt they ALL OVER SPEND but Biden didn’t say he had formed DOGE and that they would cut nearly 2 trillion off the deficit. So there’s that.

Why is it so hard to cut spending?

Trump originally ran on MAGA and has never wavered from that goal. How can someone who voted for the man 3 times separate themselves from being MAGA? No other president in our history has been as scrutinized as Trump. Maybe when we cut into Somali and Newsom fraud, we’ll have plenty of dough to fund the already existing social programs. Then we could possibly cut into spending. Has Biden’s 4 $trillion infrastructure bill kicked in yet? There’s several roads and bridges around here that need repair. It took 2 1/2 years to build the Rainbow bridge in 1936 at a cost of 3 $million, while it took over 5 years to replace the bridge over Hillebrandt Bayou on hwy 365 at a cost of 14 $million. No wonder we can’t get anything done.

would cut at least $2 trillion from the federal budget. However, this target was later revised down by Musk to $1 trillion, and subsequently toward a goal of $150 billion in savings by fiscal year 2026. Experts note that cutting $2 trillion is challenging as the total discretionary budget is under $2 trillion.

Key Details on DOGE Savings Goals:
  • Initial Promise: Musk pledged to cut "$2 trillion" in federal waste.
  • Revision: Musk later adjusted expectations, stating there was a "good shot" at cutting half of the $2 trillion, and later focused on $150 billion in savings by 2026.
  • Feasibility: Analysts indicate that cutting $2 trillion is mathematically difficult without reducing mandatory programs like Social Security and Medicare, which were excluded, or cutting the entire discretionary budget.
  • Current Progress: As of April 2025, reports suggest DOGE-identified savings were far lower than the initial pledge, with estimates around $150-$160 billion.
  • Focus Areas: Cuts have largely targeted government contracting and downsizing the federal workforce, which account for a small portion of the total budget.

I can easily separate myself from maga because I am not a lap dog for Trump or the Political Organization called the GOP. I think for myself and not what I am told to think. If you want to put a label on me then call me an independent conservative. I am anxious as ever to sing Trump praises when he gives me something to cheer about. Great job on the border….there you go but making America Affordable Again is what’s going to be the deciding factor come the midterms. The reality show of Trump is wearing thin on a lot of people that voted for him. They want affordability and it’s not happening.

We can’t continue to spend 2 trillion more dollars a year than we take in! That goes for both parties.

It wasn’t hard to vote for Trump 3 times considering the alternative. Let’s not act like the alternative very close. Lol
