It just shows Trump dogging Biden about fuel prices. Trump is speaking truth in the clip about it effecting groceries etc. Someone just taking a jab a Trump on X since he likes to run his mouth and demean people all the time. He needs to take his medication like a big boy. 
 

Regardless my fuel bill has just about doubled , times 3 vehicles but sure glad we have a Ballroom for the elites being built and Trump allowing 500,000 Communists Chinese students to come over to study because he doesn’t want to insult Xi.
