I think the gas is temporary. I and my family and friends are doing ok - if I had to complain about anything, it would be increasing Property taxes and the rising cost of insurance, both home and vehicle. That has been going on long before Trump. I could compare to the previous administrations 4 years.....but I don't believe there is a need. Quote

The only noticeable thing I see is gas prices, and to this point still lower than last 4 years. Quote
Porter Posted March 31 Report Posted March 31 Diesel $4.99 a gallon How many lines in the sand is Trump going to draw before he drops the hammer? I promise you if they had the ability to drop the hammer on us they would’ve already done it. Poop or get off the pot so we can get fuel prices down! Quote

June of 2022 - $5.81 gallon (diesel) It sucks right now, but we still have not set any high price records, and it will start to decline in a few weeks. I also predict when fuel prices go down, you’ll find something else to complain about. Quote

In June 2022, diesel fuel prices in Southeast Texas and across the state soared to record highs, averaging well over $5 per gallon. In the Beaumont-Port Arthur area, diesel prices reached nearly $5.30 per gallon by mid-June 2022, with similar high averages reported in neighboring regions, driven by extreme market demand and tight supplies. thetragichippy 1 Quote

When factoring in California, NY, and other blue states, the price goes way up. Some people are only concerned with their cost. thetragichippy 1 Quote
