You're missing the point. Crime is an expression of self & free will. Plus crime prevention is racist. Plus did anyone consider the feelings of the "individuals with justice system involvement" (previously known as criminals)? I think we as a society need to take a step back and quit trying to defame those "impacted by the justice system" and consider replacing traditional law enforcement with behavioral health and social workers.
