They include: Aggravated Kidnapping, a 1st Degree Felony; Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon/Family Violence, a 1st Degree Felony; and Aggravated Assault Impeding Breath/Circulation/Family Violence, a 2nd Degree Felony. The cases are in the county, just outside of the Lumberton city limits. He's also facing a Jefferson County charge of Tampering With a Government Record, accused of turning in a bill of sale for a boat, alleging he bought it for $10, when a game warden says Boykin paid at least $40,000 for it.
