Military strategists are not needed. Negotiators are. Why do you want this war stopped. As long as China is buying massive amounts of Russian oil, Putin has no reason to stop, and Trump doesn’t seem to want to impose major tariffs on China while trying to negotiate a trade deal.

I’m guessing Putin is well aware of the box Trump is actually in.
