My point is there is a possibility of a conviction with enough proof.

Massie indicated on Monday, February 9 that he might read the names on the floor to avoid lawsuits, Khanna ultimately read them into record on Tuesday, the 10th.  The victims went on record to say that Bondi nor the FBI made any attempts to meet with them.  So this debunks your illusions about the victims not releasing the names on their own.  Three million files have not been released.  The names are in the files.
