Well deserved, Cornel has always been about conditioning and strength training . And it is a BIG part of his success. We’ve played teams with more size and equal talent , but as the game unfolds and we continue to hit them in the mouth , they get gassed and by the 4th Qtr we are still standing tall while they have hands on the knees trying to catch a breath
