Bureaucrats will get them on this especially since it’s using govt money and involves safety.  I would bet it will take months just to get bids for what could be a simple job.

And I'm now in the know a lot about Nederland.  I have a close relative that works really close to Nederland ISD.  Good to know Nederland is making some great moves this year to improve an already solid academic student base.
