Totally Insane.  Insane that a 15 year old would shoot someone over a pair of shoes.  Insane that his grandfather blames the gun.  Heaven knows living in a city and state that's been under democratic control since the first dog was a puppy, had nothing at all to do with it.  Nor the fact that our Federal Govt has tied the hands of the Police to the point that they risk their jobs or life if they intervene in any confrontations.  There was a movie called, Its a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, World.  That is an apt description of the times we're living in.
