Thoughts on next year? I hope after the politics are settled and we have our QB back and hopefully stay injury free we will back in the usual mix of things, had a lot thrown at us this year, it's hard to make it to the playoffs with a forfeit and injuries, but we tried. Good luck to the remaining 22-5A teams! Oh and just food for thought....since we got in trouble for the "ineligible (he still attends Nederland and plays on the JV but whatever)" player.....how much trouble would we get in for having LN sneak over the central and coach them in the first round? Kidding, congrats to the tri district champs! Y'all all worked hard for the trophie (or trophies) bring the brooms for next week!!! This bulldog is behind all of y'all!

Very gracious, and I'm sure all the teams and respective fans are glad to have the support of Bulldog Nation.

And durn, seems like these 11 weeks flew by.

Nederland will be back in the playoff mix next year. I believe there is no doubt about that.

Just be happy WOS isn't still 5A or PNG would be sitting home too. Sad but you can't say It isn't true

Nederland should be in the mix next year.  They return 6 starters on defense (8-9 who played at some point), building around Forney they will be solid.  Nederland had one of the better defenses in the district.  Offensively, they will return 4-5 so more to fill.  O-line and WR positions will be in competition.

True statement right there.  As much as it stings, very true.

We will just enjoy the moment and try to make a deep run and represent 22-5A

When I said usual mix of things I meant a 6th DC, playoffs is usually a given but...anything can happen
