IT'S IN THE BONE Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 Welcome to K-town Coach Haynes... Quote
oldschool2 Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 Wow.. Didn't see that coming. He will put a bunch of points up with those athletes. Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 Congrats Coach Haynes. Can we get a Kountze vs Lumberton football game next season please   Tee, liltex and Alpha Wolf 3 Quote
TXHORN_ET Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 So is Joubert fixing to turn over the fb program to Haynes? This hire might just be the one that puts kountze on track for a district championship. I can't begin to fathom the numbers Arnold is fixing to put up in this offense. Quote
Tee Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 Haynes as FB coach AND Joubert as BB coach, sky is the limit. Can't believe Lumberton let politics dictate personnel Did I just say that? Quote
Tee Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 Oh, you can bet no Kountze Lumberington FB game Quote
AthleticSupporter - Jock Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 Congrats to Coach Haynes and good luck to Kountze. Quote
eagleswoodville#1 Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 Arnold will wreck shop with Haynes at the helm. Great great hire Joubert. Wow. Hornet71 1 Quote
El Guapo Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 Im excited for both Haynes and Kountze. It could be a match made in heaven with the talent and offensive mindset ! Very good hire for Kountze. Quote
HIGHpoint96 Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 Hell as the OC he has more coaches on the staff and way more athletes than he had at Lumberton, plus he doesn't have to put up with all the bull and politics of being a Head Coach / AD there. Looks like they did Haynes a favor, too bad they had to screw over a good group of seniors in the process. Quote
JeremyRoberts Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 Kountze just went from third to DC favorite. You'll have to put 60 on them to win. Haynes and Joubert are offensive geniuses. Arnold may set records this year. Quote

Last year we scored and scored alot for the most part but our Defense hosted track meets...I am sure Haynes will put up big numbers but Joub is gonna have to re-structure the defense...IMO. The biggest challenge in front of Haynes is gonna be an offensive line that can execute his offense Quote

Them and EC are still on a different level when it comes to this district. Quote

whsalum Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 Haynes is a great hire but offense wasn't the problem last year for the Lions. They will probably put Loignon at the QB and get real creative with ways to get Arnold the ball in space. They will score 50 a game, the challenge will be getting defensive personnel that can make stops. They should be fun to watch. Quote
TXHORN_ET Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 I would think the best way to get the ball to Arnold is to snap it to him everytime and go from there. Quote
fox Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 how does that old saying go? one mans trash is another mans treasure. i see another season of L's for lumberton. is that why they call themselves the L train? Quote
warparty Posted May 13, 2015 Report Posted May 13, 2015 The JV quarteback was pretty fun to watch as well. I could see him taking a few snaps if they wanted to move Grayland around some. Quote
