Jags QB looked very good tonight, much improved. Thought WB was gonna let it slip away.
I know it's early, but I didn't see 12-13 D1 players.
Sorry I don't see it. I know we have one in Panther Land. Ask the Titans
Very entertaining game though, don't think any injuries. Good Luck to both Teams. Jags & Ozen trying to prevent starting 0-2

Central will win a lot of games, yall watch, they are loaded. The QB is a monster. He will get bigger D1 offers for sure. He is better than Summer Creeks QB last year and I think that guy went to UCLA.

Central is NOT loaded! Memorial will be a really tough out for them. If the refs would have called holding Central wouldn't have gotten a first down in the second half.

Yes overall I was impressed with Jaquets play tonight. He had one INT and one fumble but he kept them in the game with his legs late and his arm early. His passing accuracy was ok but looks for the deep ball a little too much when there is stuff underneath open. He took some shots in the 2nd but kept getting up...

Let's not talk about refs...smh.

Yeah let's not. They basically tried to gift wrap the game for Central in the second half. Smh... Y'all line is suspect. They have no technique and held the entire second half! The refs didn't call it once. Even with your o-line tackling players.

I'm not going to blame us loosing on refs because they missed calls both ways. That's why they are high school officials and not on a higher level. I'm just glad both schools seemed to leave the game healthy for next week. #3 should have a pretty good year. He gashed us early on but Central adjusted and slowed him a little in the second half. The Jags coaches didn't adjust to covering #1 soon enough. I used him as a good example to my son's about using their height to their advantage and going up to get the ball, not waiting on it to come down.

Jags will win their district as long as Jaquet stays healthy and Whaley gets going...

Dude please, they called and not called the entire second half in the favor of Central. WB got two false starts against Central's offense that is all. WB's d-line was blowing Central line up in the first half. Y'all had to go to a 5 WR set just to run a play. Y'all line started holding in the second half and the refs never called it once! It is what it is. Our kids held up and still won inspite of! Now good luck with PAM, you guys are going to need it!

Apparently it wasn't holding if they NEVER called it...

We don't need luck against PA-M, we're not Ozen...

That's true, cuz Ozen hasn't lost to Brook 12 consecutive years. Whether you lose by 100 or 1
It's still a loss. Both teams are seeking a Win & can't say anything about the other. Good luck to you guys next week. I'll leave you with this; if you give up 200+ to 1 back, how are you going to stop 3-4 backs? Your #4 Ain't Ozen's #25 I guarantee that. Jags QB will compete though.
Hopefully one of our BMT teams can Beat PA.
It's going to be a tough challenge, but your Jags have some good talent. Should be interesting
Take care Big Ford

    • The locals have almost finished firing the first ever Speaker of the House from Southeast Texas upon direct order of Trump and his minions.   It's a sad day... Locals have decided that being represented by the most powerful man in the House didn't mean anything.... they'd rather a political novice to represent this part of SETX.  And why is that?  He wasn't MAGA enough for them.  Who cares that it will hurt locally... What Trump says, goes.     Just yesterday I saw Trump on television demanding that we fire Phelan... How he's a RINO, weak on the border, etc... why?  Because he wouldn't overlook the criminal actions done by Ken Paxton, one of Trump's key supporters in the effort to overturn the 2020 Election and allow Trump to remain in office despite the will of the voters.   Trump never even mentioned Covey's name, and I doubt he would recognize Covey if Covey walked up with a cup of coffee.  Who cares that it's bad for SETX?  Not the R voters from SETX!   Then I saw Covey's preacher on a different ad tell a bald face lie.  Why should Phelan be fired?  "He put Democrats in positions of power in the House."  Really?  That's been the position of BOTH parties for as long as anybody can remember.  They ALWAYS give the minority party committee chairmanships.  But in 2022 the Rs decided that the practice should stop.  Democrat voters should not be allowed a voice in the crafting of legislation if there is a single majority Republican seat in the House, according to the Rs.  Representative Government?  Never heard of it, huh? Never did I believe that we'd have an abortion ban, constitutional carry, huge cuts for school property taxes, and Texas law enforcement being greenlit to enforce immigration law.  But it all happened while Phelan was speaker.  Without a doubt, the most conservative Speaker, ever.  But still a dirty RINO for not being MAGA enough.  It would be funny if it weren't true.   I've been following politics long enough to remember when Rs couldn't get elected in Texas... I'm confident that we're headed back that direction.  I mean, it's obvious that with population shifts we'll be turning blue eventually.  I think that the behavior of the leadership of the Republican Party is going to cause that shift sooner than expected.  I won't be surprised to see Democrat Senators and possibly even a governor elected within 12 years.  Maybe less.  The Rs will be a party apparatus without a voting base behind them.
