Here's the joke of the day, brought to you by outgoing NSA Director Gen. Keith Alexander:

 

"We're not [monitoring the emails]," Alexander said. "So he can now go back to writing emails. The reality is, we don't do that. And if we did, it would be illegal and we'd be ... held accountable and responsible."

I'm not sure which part is more laughable...the part where he said they were not monitoring emails, or the part where he said if they did, they would be held accountable.
