Radio broadcasters were terrible, I guess a positive is that they can only get better but they are second guessing the play calling/coaching, calling out the players on drops and just awful. Find new ones.

Listened to the game on the radio, I'm just amazed/confused/dumbfounded (whatever you want to call it) on how many times we turn the ball over/fumble each game. No I don't have exact numbers or stats for the previous games/seasons but since we have gone to this run oriented offense it seems that we have never gotten over the fumble bug. We have been in this system for five years and it hasn't gotten any better, like the old saying goes, "you're either coaching that way or allowing it to happen." Hopefully they can turn the corner and get some district wins, its a tough district and it going to be hard to win when you put the ball on the ground.

Funny how quick you seem to be pointing out someone else's opinion and to bash others not knowing their motives for why they feel the way they feel. Let me guess you must be one of those kiss butt parents or former suck up players as well. All the credit should go to the players on the field and not to d price! he has never been a coach and never will be. take a look at his record prior to bh and after, you will find the answer there.

Sounds like a comment from a disgruntled former player or parent. There is a reason you or your son didn't play, wasn't good enough to be on the field. Consider yourself lucky just to be on the team. Or you could be a community member that is clueless about Athletics and how a team works.

Yeah I'm sure all the success BH had in the past or King is having now has nothing to do how hard the kids work and are being pushed. I'm sure they (the coaches) just roll the footballs out and sit back and tell the kids do what ever y'all want. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the 80 plus hours the coaches put in a week (also the hours that student-athletes put in) game planning, teaching class, kids lifting in athletics, going out after school and executing at practice and then lifting after practice. Clueless and brainless, deadly combination.

I'm thinking King and Crosby will be both 9-0 when they meet up for the district title. I'm thinking Footballer06 is a BH resident wanting King/Coach Price to lose/fail. A little envious of the success they are having. He likes to troll.

Man, the jealousy in people is amazing. Amused at the fact that people like to bring down the success of others. You say you're from King but I have a some doubt in that, might just be trolling. But if you are from King way to support your school, kids and everyone involved that work hard for Friday nights (players, cheerleaders, band members and others).

"Hasn't played ANY competition" regardless who they have played they have dominated their opponents. That's what good teams do, you dominate teams that you're supposed to.

Lot of pretenders amongst the contenders. C.E. King hasn't played ANY competition and I went to King. They're not ready yet. We destroyed a clumsy weak Normally good ( if you ask their fans living in the late 90's early 2000's) team at their miserable place. The visitor side and overall stadium is trash.

Wrong, 99 was the start of the BH no huddle spread. Don't try to tell me about BH history. I'm from BH, graduated in '97.

Incorrect, Phillip graduated in '98, he ran all over you all the fall of '95, '96 and '97.

'99 was the year of 12-1 and when BH went no huddle spread.

I played against BH in 1999. No spread. Phillip ran all over every one of us in 22-3A

That was before I heard that Price was recruiting players from Northshore.

 

Yeah I'm sure he's been recruiting all of SETX.......Geez.......Never ceases to amaze me what people will say to bring down the success of others, guess it's natural for some people to get jealous when others succeed. I thought this was a BH/Dayton thread? Like I stated in another thread they went in there (King) three years ago, installed their program and the kids are working hard and they are rolling.

 

I'll take BH in a low scoring game on Friday night, Dayton needs to get out of that 3-3 stack. BH will control the clock with the run game, will get Dayton out of position by going unbalanced and out flank them and just keep running the ball. But if they can't hold on to the ball it will be anyone's game (yeah sounds cliché, but gotta hold on to the ball).  

They're being talked about because they are good. There last playoff appearance was in '07 and then they had a coaching change and that coach basically killed the program. Coach Price and his assistants came in afterwards and installed their program, kids have bought in and they're rolling.

Why is CE King even in consideration? When was the last time they made the playoffs?

Guess we'll have to see how good King is until they play someone good according to BHFan.

I watched them play week 1 and Tomball wasn't very good but that's what you do when you're good, you dominate your opponents.

1000 yds of offense, their back-up rb is as good as Williams.

Sad if it's true that a certain past parent/s had anything to do with this, but I have two names that pop to mind that are vicious and jealous of this years team success that they would do anything to hinder their playoff run.

Reading all these Hull-Daisetta post, this team is loaded with D-1 College size. Amazing for a school so small in enrollment.
