That was a week after Diggs got hurt and he wasn't 100% and it showed.  He was pretty healthy when we beat them.  Angleton also beat Brazoswood , the team you said is "kicking rears", by 20.  Jerry Stewart himself said, "They're like Friendswood, but with more speed.  Friendswood has a balanced offense too, they just can't run with Brenham".  If I remember correctly Friendswood beat Dayton.  I just thought I would point that out since you pointed out those other things and the Waller loss.  Like they say, it's played on the field, not on paper.  Man, I can't wait for this one.  It should be one for the ages.

Yeah you can say Brenham is pretty much like Friendswood.. and yeah FW did beat dayton but it was early in the season, we were still trying to find our identity.. but just like every year, Coach Stewart always puts his players in the right position to be successful in the long run.. I mean there's no excuses but i guarantee the way we're playing right now, Crosby or FW would wanna see us..

LoL i'm glad their picking Brenham to win state, we never get credit.. i believe our secondary can match up with their so called pass game (jump balls and wheel routes).. Also in the El Campo game, we had a chance to kick two or three field goals inside the redzone in the first half..

Yeah Ploch played a good game at QB last week but he will be back at the slot position unless we really need him.. I mean Herrera didnt have a bad game, we jus had to have Ploch come in and get the tough yards to burn clock..

Yeah they may be similar but as of now, Dayton doesn't have anyone body goin both ways besides one player and he gets rotated.. LoL and you are not lyin when you say you'd be scared to see the Ploch & Franks read option (deadly).. now the read option - pitch w/ two backs is something we havent seen this year but i would love to see that pulled out this week..

I told yall before the El Campo game i saw Carranco hitting another field goal lol.. Dayton 28 Brenham 17. I think with the cubs not being able to run the football is going to play into our favor.. i believe our secondary has been getting better and better every week and will step up this week.. I'm not gonna underestimate El Campo bc they came out and ran 55 times for 331 yds last week against Yates.. i mean thats pretty impressive for two backs to go for a 100 yds!. Dayton has a pretty impressive run defense so i dont see them jus coming out and running on us like that.. This is gonna be a grind it out game in the trenches and its gonna be fun too for the Broncos front 7.. Plus we have an offense that can put up numbers too.. Buuuuut like always, i take Dayton 31 El Campo 14.. lol i see carranco gettin another field goal..

Vidor may very well have been yall's best.. lol Central barely beat a 2nd year team that won 1 or 2 games last year and PNG barely beat Central in 2OT's.. but if PNG and Dayton both keep playing, they will meet up.. Dayton 38 Waller 14, lol i think we'll let Carranco get a field goal in this week!.. Waller has always been a team that has tried to run bc they've always had big backs.. They had a Wilson dude in 2001, Cody Johnson in 2007, and Eddie Brown in 2008..

Of course this saturday i'll be in Spring to see Dayton vs. Waller but i think i'ma go checkout the PNG vs. Brenham at Thorne Stadium in Houston... thats gonna be a great game! Go Broncos!!!

Defense wise Crosby running the ball, NEGATIVE!!!.. like one guy said earlier, nobody can block all state NG Tony HiLL one on one and my lil sibling Darrian Wright holds his own..
