Angleton quite possibly could be in Division II this year. With the emergence of Pearland Dawson they could take one of the playoff spots this year which would put them in DI. That is providing Friendswood also makes the playoffs. District 24 Enr. Texas City never lead in the Friendswood game. 19-17 was as close as they came. But Texas City is a solid squad.

They have 18 returning starters. Haven't seen them yet but everyone I have spoke to said they are legit. I the defense may be the only question mark.

Or Angleton is just that good. I will get a chance to see them play next week when they come to Friendswood.

Probably second best in Region 3.

I underestimated Central in the Region Final last year. You absolutley cannot do that with any team in 20-4A this year or any year for that matter. Hope it is a good game. Good luck Bears!
