Ive been a Nederland fan for years but what i saw tonight was sorry...Nederland wins not cause of coaching but we win in SPITE of our coaching i just hope everyone wises up to that

Im not going to make predictions more of some things im going to look for...can we score more than 8 points and hold then to 4 touchdowns or less on La Marque...fact is we havent beaten La Marque in 50 years id certainly love for that to change friday night

His overall record is 82-73-3 (2 Years at Vidor 4 at TJ and 9 at South Garland)

Got a question ...Can someone tell me who was the big Safety playing on the JV Team for Silsbee thought he played a good game

Ive got 4 Nederland games to me that were dissapointing The two losses we had vs. Jacksonville (97 and 04) and the two losses to Bay City (98 and 00) outside of my own team the 80 Championship Game between TJ and Permian TJ having a 19-7 lead at one point had moved the ball on Permian for 3 quarters only to watch Permian score 3 TD's in 13 minutes ended up losing 28-19 (I might add to this though Permian had a good defense 9 shutouts and still to this day nobody gives them credit for it)

yeah bigdog i know what pass your talking about but i dont recall seeing a signal for a td (somebody correct me if im wrong)

yeah i dont remember nederland scoring on the night the only td i saw was the long run by silsbee

also the receivers dropped alot of balls tonight but that can be expected with us trying to find two new receivers + its early on only time will tell

Defense looked pretty good tonight (some big hits from Mosely) offense needs some work in the passing game but the run game looks good with Mosely and Guiterrez

Best runningback to come out of Nederland...well too many to list but here's a shortlist.....Fred Melder,Steve Fleming,Troy Sumrall,Ross Labove

How about Texas Tech DB Dwayne Slay's hit last year on Kansas State QB Allen Everidge
