They sure do.

I know my daughter stopped playing sports when she got to HS to focus on her school work and cheerleading. People still tell me she should have stuck with volleyball and basketball. It just wasn't her passion. She has some great players her middle school years and they are still great players at the HS level.

There you said it Halloween.......most fans have kids and I am sure they took them trick or treating. My family chose to go to the game and not go trick or treating. Then again back in 99 when went to the State Championship we almost didn't have Christmas. LOL

I have a friend and her daughters plays for the team in question and she was hurt last year and out for the season and she wasn't happy but she was there for every game and supported her team. Sometimes it is just an off year let the coaches do their job.

All the games I have been too in the last say 20 years the crowds have been about the same until say last year with the new stadium but then we only played 3 games in it. I am talking on average. Yes this year we may have more fans but we also have a new coach and that definitely brings out more people. But last year and the years before when we were not winning the fans were there cheering on those INDIANS and we were dressed in our purple and white.

If we are talking about who I think we are talking about. Did they have a few key players that were hurt last year and out for the season and didn't one of the same players get hurt again but is back now? I also think some parents think that they can coach better than the coaches. :

Ummm I didn't notice any half empty stands at any games I attended. People might have been calling for Burnette's head because maybe it was time for someone new to step in and light a fire.

UMMMM I know some people from BC would disagree. She was mad that at the the city side pep rally they had hardly anyone stood up for the school song. I would still have to say hands down Port Neches That does not mean other schools dont have great fans also. But the INDIANS fans are AWESOME.

Simple statement there. Couldn't agree more. Our coaches will have our team ready to get the job done. I'm telling ya. We are better than people are giving us credit. Adam is on time with his WRs. It'll be fun. ^ This

This will be a close game but PNG will come out on top.

I know when progress reports were given 3 weeks ago kids were talked to about bringing up their grades.

yeah ned, PNG had no turnovers, no matter what anyone from ned .,says we had to beat the refs also during this game. I would like for Faircloth to get the step on the throat menality we had 10 points there in the last 7 minutes and didnt do it I've read this from you every week? You're playing at home every week and getting hosed by the refs EVERY WEEK? You need to checkin with reality every now and again. so do you we have been getting hosed i think ned had 2 penalties all night come on nobody plays that clean, the home cooking excuse that everyone has used for years abouth the rez is no more I didn't think Nederland had any penalties?? The Dogs played a great 1st half and kept up well with the Indians.

Leave early and wait in front of gate to be able to get a seat. Also remember that the band and Indianettes will have to sit somewhere also.

All the volleyball games I have been the Varsity plays last after the Freshmen and JV teams.

That brought back such good memories.

Very good opinion.

Then who would play on the JV team? The way volleyball is played is the Freshman play first then the JV and lastly the Varsity. There are normally only 9 or 10 players on each team.

And they still have a few years to learn the new system also.

Cheermom4, thank you for your input. It seems that the majority, if not all folks, see it that way. Except for the few at WOS. Thanks AggiesAreWe, those girls know that volleyball is played on Tuesday's and Friday's this is nothing new. What have they done for the other games??? What did the coach tell them when they made the team and she knew they were cheerleaders or drill team members or whatever?
