Will there be any broadcast of Silsbee-Cameron yoe or HJ-Navsota tonight.

Look i'm not trying to talk trash sure hj has won titles and silsbee hasn't yet but we should not bash either of these teams for trying to accomplish a wonderful goal it just gets to me when people act like silsbee is not worthy of any accoplishments i congradulated hj a lot when they beat us in overtime and won the title this year silsbee may be a little more up than hj i did post earlier that i would love to see hj-silsbee in the region finals every year from now on. All i'm saying is lets back each other all the way to the region finals and settle it the way it has been and should be HJ-SILSBEE. GOOD LUCK TO BOTH TEAMS!!!!!!

How about the fact that if silsbee would have been in 3a the past 20 years or so then im sure they would have won some titles but hj would have never won in 4a just to strong so just give my tigers some time (THIS YEAR) we are well overdue and their hard work is going to pay off i remember when hj first came to 4a silsbee beat them by 30 or more easily , big difference from 4a to 3a. GO TIGERS!!!!!

I would love to play HJ again in the region finals each team knows what to expect from each other, they have good history together. you don't know what to expect from these other teams , I root for 21-3a go hj beat navasota, go silsbee win state.

Look i know hj has 3 state titles in 3a but silsbee has been in 4a for a long time i wonder if hj would have won those titles in 4a instead of 3a but to be even hj does lead 1-0 in state titles since silsbee came to 3a just give the tigers some time they are working on a state title even as we speak.

Silsbee handled the #1 team in 2a in a tournament earlier this season as long as the tigers come out and jump on them quick and often they should not have a problem handeling this team.

Hey guys i don't think it's a bad thing at all to play yates or wheatly they want to play someone that is battle tested and can play basketball they are not afraid of any team win or lose. When they had they had to drop newton they played college park an even better team than newton they wanted to test themselfs and did not do a bad job. They have to develope the heart of a champion and they have grown up as a better team since none district i remember when silsbee played aldine a few years ago who was ranked #4 in class 5a at port neches in a warm up game and beat them although with different players the point is play the stiff and tough competition it can only make them better. It's still early but i heard through the grapevine that if silsbee wins against hj and wins the district then they would try to get a warmup game against either Houston wheatly or Houston yates or another 5a team that is big upfront and can run. this comming from one of the silsbee coaches.

Has anyone heard how cleveland,navasota,stafford,and sweeny are doing and who would our teams in 21-3a have to face in the first round. I think silsbee can beat cleveland if they meet again this team will settle for nothing less than a state title it will be very tough but i think they can do it. your probably right about that, but how would the 34-1 team and the 95-98 tigers who were in 4a at the time match up with the 91 hj, and 04 kountze team?

I have said over nd over again if the tigers play to their fullest potential they will be very hard to beat phil hill and shannon robinson are very skilled and controlled the game very well i think the tigers grew up even more tonight because they did not lose their head and withstood every thing hj came at them with the tigers were very physical with hj and made it hard for hj to drive inside for baskets and remember when they play us in silsbee #33 on jv will be on varsity giving the tigers more size inside he is about 6'7 hj has a good skillful team but the tigers brought their game to hj they came to win. GREAT WIN TIGERS HJ has some great fans and very nice people i really enjoyed myself.

look guys if the tigers play their best ball they will win easily with their quick score ability and run and gun style im tacking the tigers too much depth and just about all of the tigers wins have been on the road anyway even when they have a bad game they win by double digits they worked on every thing that they needed to for HJ against HF so they will be ready trust me i hope the referees don't decide the game Tigers by 10 or better.

I can tell you this much if silsbee playes a complete game makes free throws and not miss layups they will beat hj this team does not get tired their shots at orangefield went halfway down then came out this team is very quick and can score at anytime anywhere hj better be ready because after hf then all focus will be on hj and they want yall bad.

Hey guys i went to the game and took a good look at the tigers tonight and what i saw is that they may have not been clicking on all cylinders really since they came from ft.worth with exception of a few games but you guys can disagree if you want but in my own opinion i still think and no disrespect to any team out there or in our own district but if the tigers can play their best every game night then i just can't see anyone beating them. Silsbee did not scored in the bc game untill 4:00 to play in the first quater byars hit a 3 for the first points of the game and they still scored 106 points shannon was very sluggish in the first half but made up for it quickly in the second half he had at least 10 steals and phil hill was awsome this team will be tested no dout by the H J HAWKS but they know how important that game will be and trust me they can't wait they will bring their a game to this team can score points very quickly they are 14 players deep and everyone gets to play they can struggle sometimes but this is a difficult team to beat if they play their best ball B.C. got ran out the gym it looks like they just quit in the 4th quater they could not keep up but they tried. look guys i so what silsbee lost they know how cleveland playes and this is a rivalry i went to many of silsbee cleveland wars and they beat us and we beat them if everyone says silsbee isn't playing good ball then wait untill they get it all together i know this team and they will be fine people said after hj beat silsbee by more than 20 points last year in the montange center that silsbee would not get past the first round but look what happen so these guys have to continue to gell they want another trip to austin and they will fight to get there trust me they know cleveland very well i rather loose to them now than in the playoffs so first things first focus on west brook remember tigers one game at a time they will have another addition to their team that will help them inside real soon shannon robinson is a gammer as he goes so will the tigers. Hey guys over the past few years silsbee schedule's have been tough and i think this years schedule is the toughest we beat central by 21 kountze by 26 kelly by 22 legacy by 39 came fron 17 down late lost to ozen by 1 and i don't know what happen against sanger and beat fw christan by 33 plus we still have westbrook but i like their schedule its tough we have had good sucess against bigger school since we were in 4a even when we beat aldine with that superstar that they had a few years ago we have always played a 4a 5a schedule trust this team has had a let down or 2 so far but this team is still young in some areas and has a very deep bench like i said before no disrepect to hj,of,or wos. hj you already know that these 2 teams have had great battles against each other which makes it a great rivalry some people told me after hj beat silsbee in the montange center last year that silsbee would not make it to the second round and never get a rematch against hj in regionals and look what happen silsbee is a great basketball school just like hj and the year hj did win state it took you guys overtime to do it against us that game to me was the state championship either one of us could have won that year i really think that we have the team that can win it all the key is staying focus and winning every game one game at a time so guys lets just sit back and enjoy each and every game that these 2 eams will provide for us all when it comes to these 2 teams it will be a war. look guys silsbee has a tough schedule that will prepare them for district and hopefully a run to state it's possible they will get upset just like nederland beating soc,hj,and haker heights and kelly's upset over ozen and these teams are not ranked either silsbee will be find especially when district comes around but they still have to come to play and stay focus their young players that start for silsbee but if and when they jell they will be a force silsbee beating central and playing ozen to a 1 point loss is not a emberisment to the bigger school silsbee has always been a run and gun and press team their inside game has not been great the past few years which favors the bigger schools but this year silsbee has height and shooters when it comes down to it i am confident about this team and i like their chances this year i put my money on the tigers. No disrespect hj but when the time comes they will focus on you guys so bring your A game because we will HA HA HA. Their gonna getcha. AKA TIGER TALK TIGERS #1

Hey guys yall are having a heated disscusion but i am a big time tiger fan, i haven't made all the games but the games that i have seen tells me that this team could potentially be better if they are not already than that 31-1 team just an opinion but the loss to sanger if a suprise to me i was watching for updates a lot yesterday and i shocked me but these things happen just to let these guys know not to get the big head being on the road is tough and in another region of the state with different officials is tough. when i followed the 31-1 team we were not really liked in lufkin and i asked coach sigler to please play somewhere else we played sloppy but our style of play may not be big in some areas for certain officials but we will have to play through that to and we will trust me it is good to play up there and learn that is what these games are for as far as being ranked we could not even be in the polls and still win it all our team will earn their recognition whether in the polls or not.
