  1. I loved the display of excitement by the players as the clock was winding down. They knew they had just accomplished something special. It has been a while since I've seen that kind of emotion from both Big Ned players and their fans. It was great to see!!
  2. Congrats to the Raiders on another outstanding season. Your players & fans embody the spirit and excitement of Southeast Texas HS football. Hold your heads high, you have lots to be proud of.
  3. You must have been sitting in a bad section J-Rock. Everyone sitting around me seemed seemed disapointed that Lumberton's season came to an end. Look me up if you can make it to see the Dogs next week. Also, many thanks to the PNG fans I saw in attendance last night! Your support is much appreciated.
  4. What a game! I haven't been able to make many this season, but last night was definitely one for the ages! [move]Way to go Dogs!![/move]
  5. I agree. Evadale's CIA & SC are doing great work over there. That makes for a really good story. Keep it up guys & gals.
  6. I couldn't make the game tonight (again), but I was able to listen to it. Congrats to the Raiders on the win & congrats on another great season. Best of luck in the playoffs!
  7. I was stuck at work tonight, but was able to listen to the game on the radio. It was a great win for the Dogs, but we still have a long way to go till the end of the season. Keep it going Dogs! Best of luck to PNG through the remainder of the season. It's always fun watching you guys play.

  11. And now we have to watch TD 10 right behind Ike. Maybe it will decide to hit the East Coast like Coop said.
  12. I don't know, but I do like your new avatar, scooter!
  13. From my clouded memory, I always thought that Nederland fans were a little slow to get excited early on in the season. I've felt that way for years. Unfortunately in Nederland, winning percentage has a direct relationship to fan excitement level. When the team starts pulling out some big wins in big/high profile games, fan support & enthusiasm will increase.
  14. This is my first time to get online since Friday night, but I did want to congradulate the Mustangs & their fans on Friday night's masacre! You guys look to be in mid-season form already so I am expecting big things from y'all. Best of luck to you for the remainder of the season!
  15. LOL!! This has got to be the best thread I have read in a l-o-n-g time, hahaha!!!
  16. No doubt, but (to me) whoever wins or loses is not nearly as important as who starts district play with their starting line-up healthy and in good shape.
  17. My guess is, he's from WO-S, trying to create his own bulliten board material. :
  18. I will make sure and tell the Mustangs to stay away from that part of the end zone. Strictly speaking from a safety perspecive, you should probably tell them to stay away from both end zones all night long. You can't be too careful ya know.
  19. That's good. I'd much rather see him healthy for district games than taking unnecessary chances in non-district games.
  20. Of course I'm a homer, but that sounds like a great show! I will definitely be watching!!
