Yeah he was definitely all over the field. Lost to China Spring in double OT in the Area round that year. Until last year that was probably Diboll’s best team. Kinda odd Diboll and Woodville quit playing each other in football though. Hopefully they can create a new healthy rivalry where iron sharpens iron.

I could be wrong but I think it was 2003. Diboll won 53-6. Jermichael Finley was a Senior WR/TE who went on to play for UT and then the Packers.

Yeah I wish this game was later on the schedule but both teams should be ready to go by now.

Kivy radio who was going to broadcast the game reported a non-life threatening vehicle accident involving Normangee players.

Game has been canceled.

Diboll had a shot to make a stop to get the ball back with 2:00 left but Franklin dialed up a great pass play for the last TD. Franklin then recovered an onside kick to ice it. Diboll played well and should be happy with the progress.

Franklin did get the football gods on their side with a couple fumbles that went forward right to a Franklin offensive player. Hey…#1 in state deserves a couple good bounces though.

Kid just spins and keeps the legs churning. I love watching backs like that.

Diboll played very well in the first half but gave up a 46 yard run at the end of the half to give up the lead. Diboll is still moving kids into different positions (specifically RB) to find the right fit but overall I’m happy with what I’ve seen tonight. Washington from Franklin is hard to contain for sure.
