1.
Center will when this matchup... Diboll will score zero points.. Center NG(all 155 pounds of him) will be in the backfield all night.
I agree Center wins, but don't think they'll keep Taylor and Baily out of the endzone.
2. Unless my Jacks have made huge changes in their defense during the bye week, the offense will have to put up 40+ to stay in this game. Rbs have put up "Player of The Week" type stats on our D even in the games we've won. With the exception of HJ who threw the ball 50 times. Center should take this one.
3. Diboll 27 HJ 9  Final Good win for Diboll without Rb Taylor (ankle sprain)
4. Don't know much about HJ, but Diboll has D1 prospect Rb Terrence "TNT" Taylor. Diboll's defense has been very weak, so i don't know which way to go in this game.
5. Very sloppy game on both sides. Diboll's rb Terrence Taylor ( despite his 2 uncommon fumbles ) looked great. Both defenses where bad, but Dibolls was the worst of the two. If Shepherd holds on to the football, they probably win this game. So basically, if Diboll does'nt find some help on offense for Taylor and find atleast a little defense they have no shot at the playoffs. Shepherd needs to learn to hold on to the football and also find a defense or no shot for them either.
6. Absolutely. Some strange things can happen in these conditions. Congratulations Dogs! Diboll, you played hard all the way! Thanks, Jaspers D did a great job tonight. They are the first team to hold Diboll's Soph Rb under 100 yds( average 176.8 per game). Good Luck next week!! I hear that RB is the real deal. He realy is a talented young back. If he keeps progressing like he is, he'll be hard to stop in a couple years.

8. Announcer said Jasper has 10 fumbled snaps etc. Yes, very ugly half. Jasper is lucky to have only lost 1 of those 10. Maybe both offenses will get it together in the mud bowl.
9. Diboll's D is trying to hold tough, but Jasper is mainly stopping themselves. Jasper 110 to Dibolls 7 total yards for the half.
10. don't particularly relish the possibility of facing Gilmer in the first round. but i would bet that Gilmer is not relishing the possibility of facing Jasper in the first round either. the momentum often switches to the team that lost in the first game played in the year. it is tough to beat a team twice in the same year. We cannot control that anyway. Jasper must prepare for one game at a time, and get better each game. If they do that they should have a very successful season. That's right, and considering what you've already done under a new head coach, it's already been a successful season regardless of what happens the rest of the way. Good Luck!!
11. If Chapel Hill makes the playoffs, maybe. If not they'll get Gilmer in the first round.
12. THATS RIGHT, last time I said Newton would win by 21 the final was 62 to 21 . Don't forget Silsbee D allowed 49 when they played Diboll, Newton shut diboll down the only reason they scored 21 was because Newton's 2nd team D was in half way through the 3rd qrt . (if U know Barby, he doesn't like to run up the score) Didn't Diboll lead 14-13 in the 1qt, and score on their opening possesion in the second half. Newtons D was outstanding, but all of Dibolls points where against the 1st string D.Diboll put the 2nd string offense on the field in the 3rd because the game was well out of reach. IMO Newton is the best all around team Diboll has faced, but I assure you their secondary will be tested next Friday night.
13. You are absolutely right, Silsbee has a great football team. After they work out there Qb to Wr misscues, they will be hard to deal with. They do need to work on there rush defense, cause Diboll's TnT Taylor gave them fits. All in all I think my Jacks where lucky to get out with a W fri. night. Any team that takes Silsbee lightly will find themselves playing catch up with a team they probably can't catch.
14. Diboll did what they needed to do to win this game. They had drives that took over 5 minutes more than once keeping the Tigers O of the field. Good game plan good execution. Reminds me of the Diboll vs Nac game last year.
15. K,ville was hands down the better team that night wet field or not.
16. Diboll's playing conservative. May not be smart with Silsbee's quick strike offense. Silsbee holds. Dibolls first punt of the night. Getting interesting
17. Silsbee 60 yard td pass 42-28 Diboll's secondary loose all night
