GeeWiz BH fan on any given friday nite any team can be beat ! heck ask Crosby ~ But I wouldn;t bet the "bank" on  this  . Lets get real here ! Do you really think BH 's could compete with Angleton and the 5a teams Dayton played ?  let me answer for you 'NOT' ...  That being said I think BH is is a very good team and I expect a compettive game never the less , but if BH faulters one time then Dayton will explode and in the words of Pual Harvey ~"thats the rest of the story"      Looking foreward to hooking up with some BH babes with some pearly whites . ;D

[/quote] From someone that has seen Dayton last year and this year, I believe Dayton is better this year. Last year we escaped with a 7 point win, but Dayton had a turnover issue in that one which definitely helped the Cats. This year Dayton seems to be protecting the ball much better and really had us on the ropes. They are a tough team to contain and should be that much better once they get that #1 Rb healthy. The Dayton defense was the only team to contain us so far, although it was just for 2 quarters, they were still solid. Don't know much about BH, but in anycase, know matter who wins this one Dayton is a lock for the playoffs and it sounds like BH has a great chance also. Good luck to both teams. In other 4A top games this coming week, Angleton is visiting El Campo and that should be a good one. Dayton knows a little about El Campo also and how tough they are. The 5a teams we played were stacked with athletes and would say even deeper than Angleton ,but your overall coaching & conditioning made the difference ( reminds me of Dayton ) good luck against ElCampo a team that is always formible year in and year out .

It would defenitly make you more credible LOL ;D  I would flip that score before its too late 8) [/quote]Since I started doing my FEARLESS PREDICTIONS I have learned a few things.  1.  Never pick an HISD team to beat a 19 or 20-4A team.  2.  Upsets seldom happen in 19-4A, but in 20-4A on any given Friday any team can pull of a big win  3.  Picking Dayton to win everygame is usually correct over 80% of the time, and in district play you can even give up about 30 points and still pick the Broncos to win. I know the kids we have playing for varsity and the offensive fire power at Herrera's disposal (especially with Jakari and McBride back).  From talking to my "sources" we have already played the best team in our regular season.  Got to think the Broncos are going to win this one. [/quote]  Got to laugh on that one Cougtalk -  When you win the majority of your games like Dayton does -there aren't to many excuses to be made. We always make decent runs in the playoffs and play against bigger,deeper teams with no problems so your " punch in the mouth " analysis doesn't hold water.  BH will not run any kick-offs back because the ball will be jacked over the consession stands.

Dayton dominated the first half and Brenham won the second half ( the one that counted ) pure and simple .  This year's Angleton game was the tale of quarters Dayton won the second & thrird while Angleton won the first & fourth ( the one that counted )  You have to persevere all 4 Qtrs. to win against good teams and have a little luck on the way. I'll be surprised if we beat Ike ,but then again I didn't think we could beat Elkins after watching the first half either. The first district game against BH won't be a cake walk and I expect a good ole dog fight by two good teams. Brenhman fan is just that a "FAN "  (  its all in fun Bronco Pride so lean back in your seat and enjoy the Bronco ride come what may ! )

[/quote]Have to agree Wildcat this was a good game by both teams !  Angleton is a very good team and somebody had to loose . Everyone wants to rag on the coaches play calling if things don't go our way , but the reality of it is that when you play very good teams like Angleton sometimes it doesn't matter what plaly you call. Anlgeton had a bigger & deeper team than we did and Dayton gave them all they wanted ! Really was a fun game to watch !

Dayton will put them selfs in a postion to win no if 's an's or but's period ! This game  will not be a blow out ~ two good teams getting after it . Minus our two star runnning backs we still managed a courageous  come back against a very athletic 5a Elkins team . This Bronco team believes in its self  and has the talent  and even more the chemistry to play with anybody !  Angleton will be tested  by a team that fears no one ! Go Bronco's !

Ned. has a fast athletic running -back that goes 110% on every play if BH's defense falls asleep trying to defend the pass he will go bye,bye ! :'(
