Lots of sophomores played in '21 (at least 7-8 starters...), were not physically ready, played out of position, took their lumps, learned a lot, stuck with it. Injuries to major pieces across the board also last year. The LP community said it was the "worst senior class they ever saw". Somebody told me 11(!) kids took snaps at QB. Perfect Storm! Last year's freshmen, now sophomores, went 8-2; good group. They were kept together on purpose, to learn to win together with consistency. The new staff is doing a nice job. LP trending up; kudos to the new staff, the kids, and the community.
