I have to agree with Lefty99.  Ford got his 100+ yds, but he had quite a few runs of less than 1yd.  He also got his 2 TD's.  Coldspring changed things up in the 2nd half, and didn't give the ball to #24 (??) I know you may know him..I do not..didn't get a program...anyway...Kville will work on the snap this week..I watched many in practice, and only saw 1 bad snap in 20 attempts all week. Kael threw the ball well, but the timing was off ....it is tuff to get timing with only 9 passes, but it will come...Kael is stronger both physically and mentally this year...I was impressed with young Vanya on the TE with his blocking....he is one tuff son!!.  ALso the running by #2 was quite impressive, and unexpected.  Good game KATS..See you at HOME -vs-  Newton!!

A lot of new blood in K-ville.  Some speed from the soccer ranks of KYSL....a few new juniors that can lift a tree ..in fact one in nicknamed "the Hulk"!!.  I saw some nice catches the other night in the flat...outstretched all the way to the ground at the sideline....GO KATS!!!

IF I recall from the replay...K-Ville won last year, so I will pick them this year also  K-ville 27  WOS 19

I have seen 2, and both years were exciting...I am hoping this year will be the same....yes the difference is that this time is counts....I hate to say it Jasper 42  Kirbyville 36 .....I hope I am wrong!!!

Heck of a game, Woodville's #18 threw a very good game also.  Woodville did not deserve to lose like they did in the 9th, but Kville's never give up attitude got them on base after being hit by pitch 3 times to load the bases and get in a run on a passes ball.  I know there were a few calls that could have gone the other way...I would hate to be an UMP....I could not make some of those calls....it is tough.  ANyway Great Job Wildcats....see you next home game!

PREDICTION KIRBYILLE 8-2 OVERALL 3-1 in districts...will that make the playoffs ???..it will be tough with only 4 district games...to meet that, but hopes are high.  Wonder where the WOS game will be ??

I have to admit, I am not the Avid SETX baseball fan, but I did see my share of Wildcat Baseball games last year, also a Jasper game, a Silsbee game, a Lumberton Game, and a Buna Game....so in no means am I even a novice.  But I saw a great deal of talent from the Mound and the batters box from many a 2A schools.  Kirbyville has some home run hitters with Josh Harris taking the lead, speedsters like Blayk Coleson, and of Course the KVILLE QB Kale Jones as a Pitcher...I am excited about the young talent coming up from the 9th and 10th grade....Is Woodville still the Team to Beat in the division ?. or will Kirbyville suprise the group for the 2nd spot ?

I think they would lose a great deal of State Funding...which unfortunately drives many sports...especially paying Coaches and buildings ???  Definately not the EXPERT here in TEXAS.  There would be little press if any for that school, and hence fewer colleges would look at players.....the knee bone is connected to the....type of deal.
