HEY MEEKY here is goes...                          Q1           Q2           Q3          Q4            F KIRBYVILLE            7             7             6           14            34 PILOT POINT         13            0             7           10            30 Kirbyville will take the opening KO return to the 34, 6 plays and Punt...Pilot Point will take the drive and score on a long run to the rt side hash.  Kville will answer with a 49 yd TD, and then Pilot point will get a tacky Penalty to put them in position to score,and then score on a screen pass.. but will miss the Xtra Point.  Kville will punt the next pos. and so will PP.  Kville then drives it on a 13 play 6 min drive to take the lead 14-13 with 1:00 on the clock.  PP will get to the 50, but a fumble caused by #34 Breed or is it #33 (check his hair cut)..#34  anyway...2nd half PP gets the ball first and takes the lead on a long pass...Kville answers with a TD to Cucancic, but the XP is missed...20-20...four fingers in the the air....PP takes it to the house and goes up by 7..Kville answers quickly to match it at 27 apiece....PP on the next series is stopped at the 15 with 2:45 on the clock....they kick the FG and go up 30-27...they kick it out of bounds (accident)...Kville gets it at the 30 and drives the length of the field and has a 4th and 1 at the 2 with 10 seconds left (1 time-out)...They go for it (duh), and get to the endzone, but are pushed back and the play is marked at the .5 yd line....3 seconds (TO)...1st and G, Kael Jones QB sneak!!!  WHAT A GAME!!!!  XP good 34-30

THEY were not picked to finish 1st in the District, they were not picked to win vs Anahuac by many, and not picked to beat ARP.....Newton was favored all season LONG....I understand your point, but this team is young, and if the Defense stays tight, and learns how to gain muscle and keep it...Next YEAR  watch out!!! I see 60's put up every week!!!!

Kirbyville Playoff Record    04 - 09  15 - 5 Pilot Point  Playoff Record  04 - 09  9 - 4 Pilot Point only played 3 teams that made the playoffs in the first 10 games...or is it 2..I'll Check Kirbyville played Jasper, WOS, Newton, Woodville (OK), Did Liberty and SOur LAke go to the Playoffs ? Pilot Point is BIG, but Kirbyville is the CLassic CInderella Story this year....Heart will go a long way....maybe one more game!! C  U  THERE!!  Prognostication coming soon!!

Anyone have any defensive stats on Pilot Point....tackles, sacks, int....etc...I have found nothing..except what were the O stats here on this post. Hey Meeky!!!  RELAX...You take sports too CRAZY!!
