Good Evening and Welcome to Week 10 of SEXT HS FB.  We will be broadcasting 2nite from the 2008 2A DIV I state runner-up's home field...to the locals..known as WILDCAT STADIUM....Welcome to Kirbyville.  2NITE will give bragging rights to all involved...from the Mayor of each town, all the way down to the local barbershops, and pee-wee leagues.  BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH...Kick the tires and light the fires....R  U  READY for some HIgh School FB?????? 1st Q   Newton 13 KRBYVILLE 7  (Newton gets ball first) Half     Newton 19 KRBYVILLE 21 3rd Q   Newton 27 KRBYVILLE 31  (YEP a FG!!) 4th Q   Newton 33 KRBVVILLE 38 SHould be exciting!!!

FOOTBALL IN SETX is better than South Texas (at the Hogh school) Level for smaller schools...I am not sure about 4A and 5A programs.  I Know the Corpus Area is HUGE, but the TALK here in SETX is bigger than the talk in COrpus...( I am speaking only of 5 years of experience in Corpus, but my 2 here has shown me so much in so short a time).

KVILLE has the ESPanol update at halftime and the pride of Kirbyville band, not that that is better than the pastor's corner, but there will be call in's to the show with local updates around the area of playoff games and set-ups....I wonder if there will be prizes for the phone trivia ??? if anyone knows,  print it.

Hey you have two great teams, and then you also have the football game!! I know the radio broadcast will make it easier to listen to the broadcast, so they may play into your decision, but we do not know yet who will be on the radio live ? Either Way it will be exciting....12 days and counting down!!!

I hear they might go running clock, but I can not see where Coach Alverez will agree to that...especially for the Trip up there to return home in 60 minutes.....If the team is in such dissarray, I am suprised the Sup doesn't step in to do something.  IF thier attitude is lowsey I see a 60+-0 Stomping, if they come to play and fight till the end, I see Coach Alvarez getting to 50 and stopping.  I just hope the players of Kirbyville do not look past this game to Newton......

Let us not forget, that Kville had the Jasper game in the pocket at half time, but fumbles and picks killed them. Kville beat WOS according to those of us who saw the ball and the player cross the goal line to make it a 1 pt victory before the refs took some CASHE under the table...or whatever you may think...and they of course are 3A teams...Kville can only play the teams that are ini front of them...what other 2A school around here plays as many non-district games vs 3A schools ?  Kville gets no love b/c there is not a WAL-MArt in the town..but hey a VALERO is on the way!!! Fromo what I hears last night, the Shelbyville JV was pretty good, and Kville won in the last few minutes. IT may be messy..it has been raining all Day....I wish there was a broadcast for the game...tis a shame that those of us who won't go, can't hear about it till Saturday Morning!!! OK, I know YA'ALL think I'm a HOMER, but HJ has talent....plus they have a no let down attitute. Scoring 2 TD's in 13 seconds last week!!!they were outgained and outplayed last week and still won!! Hey SUPER COOL!!! at least 3 People read my BLOG.....Ok 37 is a bunch a points to put on Dave C's #3 ranked team in TEXAS 3A, but did yuo really think Hines Ward Would Fumble on the 5 yard Line Last Night for the go Ahead TD vs the hated Titans ? DId you really think that the Phillies could score 5 runs in the 9th and still lose to the NAtionals....Did you really think the Bucs could BLOW away the Cowboys on opening weekend 31-14 (oh right..that didn't happen....................YET) Hey we can hope for the Best..that is what WE DO BEST.
