37 years of coaching/ teaching in east Harris county. Head track, head soccer, assistant HC football, defensive coordinator football. Retired but rehired last year to teach and coach. This year just rehired to teach. In applying for head football jobs, been a bridesmaid 4 times. Jerry Stewart told me in the late eighties when i didn’t hop in that private jet to Cleburne with him it would cost me getting head football jobs. Damn Jerry is smart. Oh well I haven’t officially thrown in the hat yet. Maybe someone in southeast Texas will give me a chance.

Well now I have moved close to home, Marlin, to Waco where I am now certified to ref in the TASO Waco chapter. I will ref football Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (including 6 man !!!
