I was told a Newton player got tackled hard but clean. He did not like the hard hit and that is how the fight started.

He has gotten bigger since last year. Game seemed a little fast for him at this time. He seems to be able to create space with his legs. Not sure how that will play out once he takes a big hit. He will be a good 3A QB. Still not seeing top D1 guy. Just my opinion

I believe that scrimmage is being moved to Buna due to construction at Newton.

And they still picked Nederland not to make the playoffs.......

They couldn't beat ut Monday and they lost out to UT on Tuesday.

We havent met yet......

I guess the Lumberton parents were successful in running off another good coach.
