This coming from Wh? We have decent talent every year but our HEART goes a long way!

Are we playing football or Powder Puff football? No tackling below the waist, are to serious? Let's just play 7-on-7 rules! You really expect a 170 pound db to go head up with a 230 pound fb? Or better yet a 300 lb lineman coming to block you? Every player suited up going out on the field knows there's a possibly of an injury, if someone is afraid of that possibility they can listen to their mommys, that don't want them to play to start with because they are afraid their baby will get hurt, and go join the band!

Instant replay? Come on now, that would be way to complex! Not every school has a jumbotron like north shore!

They're allowed to practice 7 1/2 hours a day? Or is one j.v. And one varsity? I thought there was a rule restricting number of hours practice daily, anyone know the limit?

WTB notice I said it would be nice to have for lightning. My junior year it seemed like anytime it would rain we would go to elementary gym (which was carpeted) and practice with a wet ball but with minimum contact and went 5-5 that year.my senior year we told coach we wanted to practice outside no matter the weather (besides lightning of course) and we went 7-4 that year I think because we were in the weather we were going to play in Friday and the physical/contave aspect we got outside that we wouldn't have gotten inside

I think the indoor practice facility at vidor will do more bad than good. I liked to practice in the weather because I don't believe they will move the games on Friday night indoors. The only way we would practice indoors is if it was lightning, and for vidor's sake I hope that's all they will use it for!

If you win district MVP you can't win offensive or defensive MVP or vice versa. Think it's the same if you win any of those you can't get it at your position. Unless maybe offensive MVP and all-district CB, something like that

I have no doubt either, I know after all the talk about that qb moving in last year I expected him to do SOMETHING ANYTHING against us and never seen it! Myles impressed me, too bad he left h-d but ya'll get to listen to skeet now! Haha j/k

I went to the buna game and I gotta say myles impressed me, so did Mitch, but you can't take the win from h-d because both teams fought hard and gave us a great game to watch. But for the guy that said hardin didn't try to win, I gotta say that's bull! Any team that suits up don't go out on the field wanting to lose any game, especially a big time rivalry! Good luck to both teams this year I want a good, clean, hard fought game again this year!

Either way 4.4/4.5 is blazing! Especially if they have the agility/quickness to go with it

I doubt we will see a 4.4 anything on the field with pads on, unless they run like a 4.2 on the track!

The 4 years I done it it sucked and I was always hoping the practice week would go by quick and Friday nights would hurry up! But as soon as football was over I was wishing it was two-a-days again!

I think the best part of 2-a-days was always the first day of full pads and the first bit of "blood alley"...well actually everytime we done blood alley was fun!

This 1a school has earned it's right to talk when it comes to Hardin! That being said I just want a hard fought game by both teams and let the best team win! If Hardin wins I won't her the end of it from my fiancé, even though she didn't wanna hear it from me last year when h-d won...lol. After everything Hardin has gone through over the summer by losing a teammate and another student being badly injured, and the opening of their new field, I hope they have a great season! Go 9-1 in the regular season with that one loss coming from H-D! Good luck to both teams

Yeah my senior year my buddy got pulled over doing 1mph over the school zone limit as he was going in!lol, we know all about it! But back to the topic, we all just want the best for our respective teams or else we wouldn't be on here defending them! Even though H-D might be a little more respected! Haha, j/j!
