They have really stepped up their game from last year on the defensive side, the Huckaby kid and Evans at SS imo is a big reason. Everyone in the Bobcats batting order will put the ball in play, no easy outs. Statum and Angelle are two solid starters, if their No.3 can be effective as these two, might be a long run.t
I agree, Evans looked good at SS and so did DeRamus at second. This team has the potential to do some great things in the post season.  I see OF and BC meeting up again. It is a shame because both teams are  state tournament teams.  But only one will make it.
Don't look past Jasper..Which ever side of the bracket they are in BC or OF will probably have to play them to get to see each other again...
I think Bridge City realizes with 4 sophomores and a Freshman closer, to compete with Orangefield for 8 innings will boost their confidence in the playoffs down the road. IMO , Jasper is playing the best ball at the moment, they are in the top bracket with BC. Orangefield has the experience to get by Robinson, Carthage or Bullard who are in the bottom side of bracket.
well just saying they managed better against Orangefield with all of the sophomores and a freshmen

 3.
West Orange is losing just as much as any of the other teams.  Hamshire is losing the least.  The question is who had the better underlevels.  I know that OF beat everyones JV except for Silsbee twice and HJ once.  The OF 9th beat everyone except HJ twice and Silsbee once and HF once.  The OF varsity has three coming back.  I heard they are working hard in the offseason.  A good summer of hard work can make a huge difference come next year.  Lets see who works the hardest.  Live in the gym bobcats.
OFs 9th grade  lost to HJ once and Silsbee once they were 8-2 in district
 4. does anyone know the standings for this?

 6. i would have to agree with hester statum and bellows has lots of talent around them  hester doesnt have as much and he still gets the job done
 7. we had so much talent this year i have no idea how we didnt make playoffs
 8. Orangefield fresman had a record of 20-4 (8-2) there losses came to HJ Silsbee and then the other two were to Nederland the first one they lost by 16 then the next game they were beating nederland the whole game until a buzzer beater
 9. OF and BC will probably decide who goes to the playoffs at least i hope ;D
